We just came home with our new 37" Vizio.  It's flat and pretty and has already been tested with the Fifth Element blue ray disc, so he's convinced that the colors and brightness are all set.  My poor Curtis Mathes is sitting on the floor waiting to be donated, but it is nice to actually be able to read the baseball scores from the couch Smiley

Congratz to Frank and of course you too CJ  Wink.  Even after 2 years+, I still smile a little bit when I turn my 42" (plasma) Philips on.  Hopefully it serves you for a very long time.

Congrats to you two!  How is Frank doing, anyway?  What's he been up to since leaving Gamespot?

I couldn't imagine NOT having an HDTV.  It is choice.

Frank now works at a local credit union in the collections department.  It's wild to see him in a suit and tie everyday Smiley  He's doing well.  Enjoying the benefits of full time non-freelance employment with health insurance :)We're enjoying the TV immensly.  Had it been me, we would have used the Curtis Mathes until it died, but I do really like the new TV.  It's a focal point in our living room. We've finally had a chance to start watching the blue rays like they were meant to be watched.
