I think it's a total joke.

That's all I needed to hear. You've stepped up a peg in my books after that T2 debacle.

T2 Debacle?

:)Gotcha on the green / saved money thing...it's still a pile of crap  Wink though. I wonder if the average dvd consumer could set up a petition to counter attack idiot-I mean Al "I took a crap and it was green" Gore.  There is got to be something we can do about this instead of just taking it.

I think Becks and I were talkin about DNR on the Skynet Edition of T2 and you thought some of my comments were about you... when in fact they had nothing to do with you, hence the debacle. And for the record, that's the way T2 was supposed to look, according to Camerons goons that ok'ed the transfer.

Still, the fact that you use a PS3 and keep this forum running, I'll remember you when I win the lottery.  Wink

Ah you must be the one who called me a no name hack.
Anyway, I still beg to differ. Cameron actually called the first Blu release (the one w/o DNR overload) "spot on"
As Mark Knolfer once said... "two men say they're Jesus. One of them must be wrong"
The truth is the DNR debate is one that's actually going on in studio boardrooms.
I am not a lone voice out there.
Cast your net wide enough and you will find actual name/non hack respected voices out there saying the same thing that I am.

No debacle, anyway. You're free to like/dislike/agree/disagree with my reviews or opinions on these pages.
The no name hack, however, just isn't accurate and was uncalled for.

I don't expect anyone to kiss my butt, a little respect someday... now that would be something, wouldn't it.
Onward and upwards....

Right, everyone is allowed their own opinion... but for the record, I never called you a no name hack, directly. You simply have the same opinion as those who I named no name hacks.

Fair enough?

Got my first Eco-Box yesterday.  Picked up Commando Blu-Ray for $10, and was surprised when I opened the case.  The BD cases are actually pretty sturdy, even the spindles.  I don't forsee any real problems with the BD cases, but I'm not as optimistic with the DVD versions of these.

Taken DVD or Blu-ray? My Taken Blu-ray was a normal case.

Got a regular DVD Eco Box with Slumdog Millionaire.  Not sturdy, but better than I imagined.  I give the experience a "meh".

Regular DVD. I know, I am still living in the stone age.
