Hey Guys,
I want to talk about links in posts.
Most of you guys are fine.
Links to sales, DVD/Movie/Home Theater related stuff is always cool.
I notice in your tag lines some of you link to your own DVD collections and such.
All of that is completely cool.

Lately Ive had to delete posts with links to steroid sales and porn sites.
It's not you regular folks, but I wanted to post the policy here for everyone.

Again. Most of your links are great, don't stop doing it.
Just keep it related to our general topic.

Thanks,
Gino

I take it these infractions are being committed by new posters? Ones whose reaons for beuing here are unclear, and who may not even be sentient beings?

Yes, that is correct.
No issue with the regulars on this one.
I just wanted to more officially state the policy.
These sorts of issues will come up as we get more visitors over at Upcomingdiscs, who venture over here.
You guys are fine.
And, of course, that policy does not apply in New Amsterdam.

And you wonder why we jump on some of the new accounts... there's your sign.  Wink Cheesy

Yeah, but they won't all be like that.
I have the same problem with the comments on the disc reviews.
It's a pain, but we have to grow on both sites.
We've grown a lot over at Upcoming and it will trickle to here.
That means idiots as well as good folk.
I'll delete the crap you guys be the welcome wagon.
