I really don't watch much tv outside of wrestling and playing video games.  However, my favorite show still running has to be Psych.  In my opinion, one of the funniest shows I have ever seen.  Most of my other tv watching is through old box sets, Hercules, Charmed, Batman animated, Transformers G1, etc.

BSG is pretty damned good. One of the few shows that IMO hasn't lept over any selachimorpha. many of my once-favorite shows have really went into the shitter. Stargate Atlantis, 24, Heroes.

Even shows like Chuck and Life that you mentioned...liked the first season (especially Life), but the second seasons have been pretty meh. Life is still good, but without all the interesting Zen stuff, and Crews becoming less and less quirky...it's turning into a boring police procedural. At least Donal Logue is around to spice things up.

Other shows that I still dig...The Unit has not lost any of it's luster yet, Dexter is still good...though not the 'fucking brilliant' it was for it's first two riveting seasons, and of course the comedy shows...

The Office (OK, the stupid romances are overtaking the show and it's not as good as the first two seasons, but it's close)

Ah, Psych. Another show that I liked, but then it lost it's luster. Maybe it's just me.
Always Sunny (season 4 had a few duds, but over-all still great)
How I Met Your Mother (as great as ever)
30 Rock (ditto)
Family Guy (yep)

Hmm, I am sure I am missing a lot.

I've been faithful to 30 Rock and the odd reality show now and then. But 30 Rock is the only show that has me running to the TV lately.

Based on clips on YouTube, it's basically Big Bang Theory, only British.

Top Gear

Worth a look at the UK series it is about cars but to be honest it is about 3 guys taking the piss and having a lot of fun.

Have a look at clips like http://www.metacafe.com/watch/502512/bobsled_vs_mitsubishi_evo_by_togear/

Lately I like Life and Fringe.  I am a Law and Order junky...new ones, re-runs, one's I've already seen 30 times, doesn't make much of a difference.  Other than that it's the Thursday night line up.  I like The Office and My Name is Earl, but that Kath and Kim show has to go.  Can't wait for Scrubs to come back.

Scrubs already aired two episodes. You know it's not on NBC anymore, right?

I knew it was on ABC now...didn't know the exact start date, or even which day of the week it's on.  I'm sure I'll catch it soon.

Thanks for the heads up though:)

I watch:

Mondays:
House - Classic and enjoyable, though largely for the characters more than the plots which are redundant.
24 - Just started watching last year, and since Redemption was good I invested for this season.
Heroes - Not nearly living up to its promise, I'll probably drop it soon
Chuck - Hilarious and exciting.  The supporting cast could star in a 30-minute sitcom.
How I Met Your Mother - Fun, though cheesy
The Big Bang Theory - Penny is Hot, Sheldon is awkward. It speaks to my inner geek.

Tuesdays:
Scrubs - Funnier than it's been in years. I'll be sad to see it go, but I'm glad we're getting a sense of closure.
Trust Me - Not as charming as I had hoped. I'll be dropping it from the season pass soon.
Fringe - Not perfect, and the scheduling is driving me nuts, but the second half of the season has picked up nicely.

Wednesdays:
Lost - Still one of the most compelling character-driven shows on TV.  I love it.
Life on Mars - I enjoyed it, and will be sad to see it go.

Thursdays:
My Name Is Earl - Growing tedious, but still pretty funny. More for Crab Man and Randy than Earl and Joy, who are pushed pretty hard.
The Office - So funny it hurts
30 Rock - I discovered this absurd gem late. It's a stitch because it doesn't take anything serious.
Smallville - I'll be glad to see it go, though this year has been a welcome renaissance.

Friday:
Dollhouse - I'm giving it a chance because it's Joss Whedon, but the first few episodes were weak.

Sunday:
The Simpsons/Family Guy - I more watch out of habit, though the last three Simpsons episodes, in HD, have been spectacular.
Dexter - Fantastic show
True Blood - Not great, but the cliffhangers are phenomenal.

I also have complete series box sets of The X-Files, The Sopranos, and The Wire I'm working my way through.

My wife just called JC her "TV soul mate".  I'm crushed.
