I think what the guys are trying to say (just in a kinda crass way) is that the forum is actually picking up lately.  Just look at the numbers.  We have had our best number of posts in a year and the month is barely half over.  Now I will admit that there aren't many new people but it is a strong community that is starting to grow again.  Asking most people to change (or put a hold on things) might not be a good thing but it is your call.  Take care.

I'm not asking anyone to change anything except how they get here, right now.
I'm not closing down the forum.
There are some issues that need to be dealt with before we continue to connect it with Upcomingdiscs.
I am trying to come up with a plan to address those issues.
The link disconnect will only be until I work out the current situation.
It is out of respect for this community that I'm giving the heads up, so that no one has to find themselves unable to participate.
If I hated you guys, I'd just remove the link and let you fend for yourselves, instead of making sure no one gets disconnected.
Once I've worked out the details I will fill everybody in.
There needs to be some changes and I have to figure out how to do this so that everyone is happy.
Please give me the space to try and accomplish that.
Honestly, if I didn't care, or did not like you guys, I would not be working so hard to find a way to keep you happy.
Please be patient, and stop expecting the worse.
As I recall there was the same feelings expressed when I took over here and it has worked out fine so far.
How about giving me a little more credit?

Actually, we were just fuckin around. Ked is a sensitive creature and he just wanted to look out for us.
