I think they had anticipated the SOTU address and didn't schedule a show for this week.

Show is still chugging along... not so bad. Some continuity with self-contained episodes. I'll keep watching.

My friend was asking how Cameron existed if they stopped the stockpiling of coaltan. I pointed out that in the confines of the show, time can't be cyclical, because otherwise if they stopped Judgment Day then John would cease to exist. So time 'can't work like that' in the show. Not sure how else it can work, perhaps affecting changes starts a new timeline (or alternate reality, as seen on shows like Star Trek and Stargate) instead of retroactively 'fixing' the only timeline in existence. Thinking about it does kind of make my head hurt.

Yeah, don't think about it.

I do think that once you are in the present, it really doesn't matter where you came from, the past or future. If you are changing events that prevent a certain future, that doesn't mean that you couldn't still exist in the present.

That last preview showed that fucking kid from 90210 and Domino... I'M OUT. What a fuckin joke and a casting blunder if I ever saw one. Totally destroys any chance I had of enjoying the show.

It wasn't that bad. Although based on the character he's playing it looks like B.A.G. will be around for a while.

Anyway, I am enjoying the show. I'm not taking it too seriously, but I am enjoying some of the ties to the original movies. Now if only they were able to make it exist within the framework set up by the first 3 films.

I didn't like him, nor did I like what they did with his character. I was kind of rolling my eyes. It would be better if the actor involved was somebody cool...

Based on what I am reading on Dark Horizons, so is Fox. Looks like the show is most likely dead. Damn it.

That's because Brian Austin Green is a plague. He kills anything he's involved in.

Actually, the show was the best it ever was once his character was introduced. Yes, I would have rather had someone other than David Silver, but he was decent in the role.

No complaints here.

Anyway, I thought the season (series) finale was excellent, and I really hope they renew this show. There is so much they can do with this storyline. I actually prefer this show to T3 so I am not mad that they made it irrelevant.

If Fox was smart they would greenlight the second season of this show and use it to promote the new trilogy. Maybe just slash the number of episodes down to 17 or even 12 instead of 20-24. It's way better than Prison Break has ever been and it's better than anything 24 has ever done since season 3.

Let it live!
