Tomb Raider sucked, but I'd pick it up for 4.44 for some hot Angelina action alone.

I actually enjoyed the movie. The action and cinematography were good IIRC. The second one I didn;t like as much, it was like every time an action scene was just about to get goos, it suddenly ended. That pissed me off.

Anyway, got Nacho Libre (Pre-Viewed) for 5.99 at Blockbuster using a coupon I got from being a member of the online service. Also got coupons for M:I3, The Break-Up and Monster House but I am not interesting in buying any of those.

Kenny vs. Spenny S2

Great show, but the third season seems a little too pre-planned for my tastes.  Even S2 was starting to get that way near the end.

My freind claimed to have seen lime a dozen PS3s at Best Buy when I was waiting for the clueless assosciates to get my computer ready. He was trying to get me to buy it, but I don't really play video games anymore...

Never did get the damned computer. After waiting over an hour, they finally said "Come back tomorrow because we have to refurbish it" (all they had was the floor model) but I live an hour away and already had paid 30 dollars in gas and buying dinner for my ride, so I just left.

I guess instead of starting a new topic or some such I will just post it here. Got a computer, finally. It's a emachines 3.0ghz with 512 ram and a 160gb HDD. Includes a fancy media reader (memory cards and all that jazz) and a DVD-RW drive. So far it's pretty cool. I can finally watch HD trailers and stuff. The downside is that is was 600 dollars because I looked for weeks for a desktop only and kept getting shut down, finally got fed up and bought one that included a 19" Widescreen monitor. So I paid like 200 extra bucks for something I didn't want in the first place. I am using, though. But I really don't need it. I wish I new some sap to sell it to for 200 bucks. Now my friends go out to Erie, PA today (when they previously said they wouldn't for like months). I couldn't go with them becuase I knew I'd find an awesome computer out there for a fraction of what I already payed and be pissed off about it. Damn my impulsiveness, but my old computer sucked so bad I had to get rid of it fast.

It was a good weekend for my DVD collection. I trimmed some fat via trade-ins at Blockbuster (Bounce, Art of War, a few others), and picked up:

- Aeon Flux (haven't seen)
- A History of Violence (haven't seen)
- Glory Road
- Jarhead (haven't seen)
- Mummy Returns, The (collector's edition)
- Water (2-disc, haven't seen)

All for two rounds of the "3 for $20" deal (Canada).

Picked up

Saw III: Unrated
King of Queens: Season One
King of Queens: Season Two

My friend opened Saw III before I read on IMDb that there is probably a new cut coming out in October. I should have known. I did know, really. I bought it expecting to read that or something (impulse buy) and just return it and wait it out. Not going to happen now. So we watched it. The transfer is shit. Macroblocking, noise, mud and that terrible concentric bullshit everywhere on the dark scenes. Which are most scenes.

Just picked up A Spy Who Loved Me, one of the single-disc ultimate edition releases. Consensus is it's the best Roger Moore Bond flick, and I remember it being good, but it's been so long I recall very little of the details.

I got The Departed (2 disc... what a rip off), but I still haven't seen the movie.

I picked up the Departed in WM. 22.96. I scoffed, wished them harm, and put it back down. WB needs a shift kick in the jaw for continuing to pull this bullshit. I hate it.
