Seriously, I've noticed a few threads about it but does anyone know what really happened to him?

BWHAHAHAHAAHH!!!!! Stellar stuff JC!  You must have the best merit-to-post ratio on the forums!

Freak's still around, but he is indeed a bricklayer and very happy doing so.

Not that I dislike the fun GeekSpeek, but is he really a BrickLayer? I thought he was in advertising or design...

He was an IT person for a company in Winnipeg but he got bored of it and quit to enter apprentice school for brick laying. Now I guess he's doing it full time. I bet Mrs. Freak was a little "freaked" out at first when this change came about, but I guess it's working out fine.

Either than or Freak had to sell his computer because it's not...

I love the 120 day warning about replying to dead topics... for asshats like me that don't check an entire forum when lurking.

Anyway, yes, I am now a bricklayer, full time. I'm just finishing up my last level of education at Red River College and in a few short months I will have my Interprovincial Red Seal for Masonry and making silly amounts of money.

I've loved every day of it for the last 3 years, every brick/block is a godsend. I'm slowly making my way back to being a frequent flyer on the web, including this and other forums. May even take a stab at getting back into the reviewing game. We'll see.

Bry, if you ever see this... Thanks for thinking of me and keep in touch!

PS -  The asshat that ran my old office got fired, big time, removed from the building with no notice. I WIN!!!!!!

Well, welcome back, Freak! Maybe you can save this place. Been slow as hell around here, the only activity is in the screenshot quizzes. Sad

Maybe I will quit my job and go work at a bottling factory putting caps on bottles. That can't get old. Wink

Good to have you back, Freak. Now this place doesn't feel like a complete waste of time anymore. If only we could start some threads about our favorite subject, the Kove.

We need David Williams and Brian Ludovico to pull off a thread on The Kove.
