Sorry Ked. I am forgetting that a lot of you were there back in the day. Cleveland still pops in every once in a while, and I guess MF is off laying bricks some place and too busy to come round these parts.

Ah the shrine days... Good memories.

FYI DVDShrine is worth $23,452.00 now - Guess we know why Finn dissapearred Wink

Looks like my 2 main domains are worth about $4k Each. But for fun when I typed in S-E-X.com (Without the dashes) it freaked out the estimator coming in over 76 Million dollars - LOL Smiley

Yes, indeed there were.  This was back in the heyday with people like David Williams, Brian Ludovico and Matt Hursh.  The front was the Shrine logo, the back was a buff guy and his girl watching Ep 1 on a widescreen TV.  Movie Freak (now a bricklayer, then a graphic artist) designed it.

I checked out an online Domain Name Appraisal website to see what our UpcomingDiscs domain was worth.  Did I ever get a kick out of the result...

Not just shirts (I used to have one as well, but it caught fire at work and almost killed me, long story...), but there were mugs, boxer shorts and a few other things too. I still have my mug...

I just A-B'ed Upcomingdiscs.com vs Microsoft.com... Upcomingdiscs, $860.00usd - Microsoft.com, $239,000,000usd.

So if there was a deal for this site under $800, I'd say that it was a realistic deal. Not the "who the fuck are you kidding" price of $105,525.00. LOL

I think 860 is a bit low.  Shoot...if I had my druthers, I'd buy this site for 860.  105k is way too high, but where the site actually falls is another question.  239 million for MS....heh I would think they would be closer to a billion.
