Picked up Lucky # S7even, Hulk, and The Mummy today.  Best Buy was out of Casablanca, those fuckers.

Want to pick up Van Helsing, too.  Anything you want to trade for it, Frosty?  I saw your post on DVD Talk. Smiley

I like how Beckmen's posts are gradually growing more and more bizarre, and nobody has said anything about it. I feel like he could be slowly going insane, and none of us would notice. Then one day, we wake up to find him positing things about counting the hairs on his arm, and how many strands of cotton go into each shoelace.

Smiley

Plus one to you, good sir. I enjoy your randomness.

Picked up 300 and the Matrix Trilogy.

Wow. I think the Matrix Trilogy will be my only major upgrade since my Panny upconverting player is amazing and $10,000.00 in home theater purchases makes anything look good.

Oh yeah, hi guys, I'm not dead, just finished moving into a new house and creating my dream home theater!

BooYah!!!

Freaky!

Let me know what you think of that LED DLP.  I thought it was SEXY the first time I played with one, but am not totally sold on it.  Independent input is always useful!

So far all I can say is that it's the nicest picture I've ever seen, projection or otherwise... it's fantastic.

Can't wait to see and hear that setup, man!  Cheesy

Proof once again that a good upconverter may keep our current collections safe for a little while longer....

I'm sold on my upconverting player too, helps that it was pretty much free for me too (after rewards and gc's).  But everything feels upgraded and looks a new shade of color without resorting to blu-ray or hd-dvd just yet.
