... but I would like to see a few sales first.

YES, I couldn't agree more, the 2007 and 2008 titles should be under $16.99 at this point. Also, drop the new price by dropping that frickin useless digital copy for petesake!!! Does anyone actually use that digital copy?!?!?!?!

Waste of our money being forced to buy that extra digital copy that is so copy protected, the NSA can't crack them.  Angry Wink

I am still trying to figure out that same point.  Who uses the digital copy feature?  I had a friend who swore he would watch them on his IPOD but my eyes aren't that good to actually focus on something for that long.  Bloody useless.

You have to turn on DRM in order to play those things. Frak DRM.

That's what I mean, they are more of a hassle than an actual bonus. Drop the digi-copies and then drop the price of the release by $5, everyone wins.

Just to chime in, the digital copy is a complete waste of a disc for me as well.  I don't think I'll ever watch an entire movie on my iPod.

I am sure people use them. I am just not one of those people, therefore I do not care for them. Like Freak said, all they do is drive the price up.

Instead of a digital copy disc, why not a code that you can use to download a digital copy instead? Maybe pay a 99-cent fee or something to help pay for the bandwidth.

OR don't DRM is into the grave. OK, so they won't do that...but I would have put TDK on my netbook, instead of getting it on there by other means...

7 Paramount Catalogs for September 15:

48 Hrs., Deep Impact, Escape From L.A., K-19: The Widowmaker, The Firm, The Score, Varsity Blues.

Looks like all dvd extras are included, plus Varisty Blues has new extras:

Commentary with director Brian Robbins and roducers Tova Laiter and Mike Tollin
Football is a Way of Life: The Making of Varsity Blues
Two-A-Days the Ellis Way
QB Game Analysis
Billy Bob with No Bacon
Ali Larter Audition
Deleted Scenes
Theatrical Trailer

I'm in for Escape from L.A....my dvd looks like absolute trash (the condition, not the movie  Wink).  I only hope they upgraded the sound just a wee bit; it would be appreciated.
